At Lighthouse, we follow your Association’s method of payment for members. Once your Association adopts a new budget, they may choose the option of using a coupon book or statements for your Association billing.

Coupon Books

Your Association may choose to provide coupon books as a reminder to pay your dues. If your Association chooses to use this option, we will order a coupon book through your Association’s Bank. A book will be printed with information specific to your account number in the scan line. You will then mail your coupon with each payment to your Association’s Bank. The payment will go directly to the Bank’s lockbox processing center, where your payment is processed.

STATEMENTS

Your Association may use statements to notify you when your payment is due. The statements produced by Lighthouse will have a detachable payment stub. You will need to send the stub along with your payment directly to the Bank’s lockbox processing center, where your payment is processed.
