LLoyd Keith, CEO, CPM, CAM
Lloyd is the owner of Lighthouse Property Management. He has over 30 years of management experience, holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, minored in Management from the University of South Carolina and is a graduate of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Lloyd is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Community Association Manager (CAM). Married, with two children, Lloyd has lived in the area for 22 years, and is fully conversant with all aspects of Florida life which could affect your property. |

Sandy Keith, Broker, CAM, Human Relations Dir.
Sandy Keith has been a Broker in the residential Real Estate business for over 27 years, with her specialty designation as a Green Realtor. She has also had her C.A.M. license since 1990, when she and Lloyd started their Property Management business in Osprey. Experienced in all aspects of running and maintaining the Community Association Management business, she currently is the Human Relations Coordinator for the Company and its employees. Sandy and Lloyd have two daughters, one currently a Junior at UNF and another a Senior at Venice HS. They have lived in Osprey for 17 years. Originally from California, Sandy moved to Florida with a M.A. in Health Education, taught school for several years before getting into the Real Estate business. |

Dan Smith, CAM
Dan was born and raised in New Jersey and attended Ramapo College of New Jersey where he received a BS degree in Business Management and then moved to Florida in 1999. When Dan arrived in Florida he became a branch manager of a bank and has gained extensive experience in management and finance during his 10 year period in banking. He joined Lighthouse Property Management in May of 2009. |

Kyanne Merrill, CAM
Kyanne is originally from New Hampshire and attended Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. Soon after moving to Florida she joined Lighthouse Property Management in 2005 and became a Property Manager for us in 2007. She enjoys Managing her Portfolio of Communities in the Sarasota and Venice area. |

Tim Wanner , CAM
Born and raised in Ohio, moved to Florida in 1981. After being discharged from the United States Army, he attended CTI trade school and worked in the plumbing, heating and air condictioning trade for 20 years. Tim is a licensed community manager in the state of Florida and has worked in property management for the last 22 years. |

Hope Korte, CAM
Originally from upstate New York, Ms Korte moved to Florida with her family in 1993 where she attended Charlotte High School and the Edison Community College. She joined the Lighthouse Property Management team in April 2008 as an administrative Assistant. Then in January 2010 she obtained her C.A.M. license and was subsequently promoted to a Portfolio Property Manager in 2011. |

Daneen Davis
Daneen (Dee) is originally from Ohio and moved to Florida in 2009 bringing with her over 10 years of Administrative experience. Daneen worked as an Operations Manager the past 5 years at a small nonprofit that provides services to Northeast Ohio children living with cancer. Prior to that she was an Executive Administrative Assistant at two start-up Assisted Living Facilities located in Ohio. |

Shannon Banks
Shannon Banks joined our team with a tremendous background in management. Born and raised in Florida she began her career in the Resturant industry. She managed several stores a nationwide franchise for six years. This was then followed by a career in the dental feild. Where she learned all aspects of running a dental office from accounts manager to marketing representative. We were pleased to have her join our staff in April 2011 as our Receptionist before quickly and efficiently moving into an Administrative Position. Mrs. Banks and her husband are the proud parents of three children. |

Candy O'Grady, CAM
Candy O’Grady has been working in the property management business since 1975. She moved to Southwest Florida 25 years ago. She started out working in the Venice area doing residential property management. Once she obtained her C.A.M. she started her own Condominium and Homeowner Association Management business, Argus, in Venice. She turned that company over to her Sarasota partner and incorporated Management Services of Venice Inc. and she continued to specialize in the management of Condominium and Homeowner Associations in the area. Recently she merged her company with LPM, resulting in our Venice office. Her college major was in business administration and accounting. She is a proud mother of two grown children and two grandchildren. |

Tom Ford, CAM
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Mr. Ford has been an active Property Manager since 1979, both in California and Florida. Having moved to Florida in 1989, he has managed numerous commercial and residential properties in our area. Mr. Ford’s background includes management activities in the electronics and aerospace fields prior to becoming involved in property management. By way of education, he has attended the University of Maryland as well as Pierce College majoring in Business Administration. |

Dennis was raised in New England and Alaska, he moved to Sarasota 27 years ago. He has experience in many construction trades including electrical, plumbing, framing and roofing. Dennis attended New Hampshire College, majoring in business and accounting. He has managed several businesses and worked at a high rise condominium in the Sarasota area. Dennis joined Lighthouse Property Management in February 2007. |

Sonia Boatright
Sonia Boatright is a Venice native. She has lived and worked in the Venice community in the customer service industry for 30 years. Ms. Boatright has experience with managing a local restaurant /bar business and working in the medical field, at the Venice Regional Hospital. She also owned and ran a local cleaning business before joining the Venice office in 2009 as the Administrative Assistant for two Property Managers. She plays a vital role in keeping the Venice office running smoothly for our customers. Ms. Boatright has a son and granddaughter living in the Venice as well. |

Beverly Eckert , CAM
Beverly moved to Sarasota in 1986 from Lancaster, PA where she worked in a family owned trucking business and later worked in Real Estate sales. Beverly joined Lighthouse in May of 2009. She began her property management experience over 20 years ago as an administrative Assistant before getting her CAM license. She has been working in The Meadows for many years. Beverly works closely with the Board of Directors to assist with their needs and maintains a pleasant working relationship with the unit owners. |

Doug hails from the Buckeye state as well, graduating from the University of Cincinnati in 1977 with a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning. After a stint as a developer in Dayton, Ohio, he moved to the area at the conclusion of a vacation here in 1983 and has managed condominium and home owner associations since 1984. Doug is married and has one daughter. |

Brian Hortsell, CAM, CMCA, AMS
Brian previously worked for 12 years in the country club industry, with eight of those years as General Manager.
Brian became a License Community Association Manager at his last country club in 2007. Currently Brian is the on-site manager at Turtle Rock on Palmer Ranch, a homeowner Association with 758 single family homes. Brian has both CMCA designation and the AMS and is actively working towards becoming a PCAM |

Peter Johnston
Peter was born & raised in Minnesota. He moved to Bradenton in 1980 & has lived there for the past 26 years. He graduated college from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He has been employed at Lighthouse Property Management for the past 12 years in our accounting department. He produces financial statements for our associations and handles the Lighthouse Property Management payroll and other company business. Peter's extensive knowledge of accounting and condominium laws assist many clients with the in-depth knowledge they seek when wanting information concerning Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Florida Statues. |

Jeffrey McDuffie
Jeff grew up on the East Coast of Florida and graduated from Stetson University. He moved to Sarasota in 1987 following the completion of his Master’s degree in Business Administration. In addition to over two decades of experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Finance, and Non-Profit Management, Jeff has owned and operated several businesses. We are proud to have him as Head of our Accounting Department Head. He also produces the financial statements for our associations, working closely with the Treasurers of the Boards. |

Anabel Martinez
Anabel joined the Lighthouse team in July 2008. She is part of the accounts department. She moved to Florida from Texas in 2000 and has spent many years in Administrative positions. She supervises our collections division as well as handling the Accounts Payables and Receivables for several Properties. |

Suzzie Degraw
Suzzie moved to Florida in 1993 after spending 7 years growing up on a military base in Japan. She is a proud mom of two young children. Alumni of Palmetto High School and St. Leo University, she joined Lighthouse Property Management in 2009. She also plays an important role in processing receivables and payables for our properties. |

Glenda Yunker
As a Bradenton /Sarasota native, Ms. Yunker obtained her Associates Degree before beginning her work as a Medical Secretary. Her Property Management experience began nearly 18 years ago.
In 2000 she obtained her C.A.M. license and moved into the management side of the business. Since then she has learned the complexities of being a portfolio manager as well as onsite property management experience. Lighthouse Property Management is pleased to have her as an integral part of our Accounting Department in our Osprey office. |
