Welcome to your Property Site. My name is Susan and I'm going to help you Log in and get around the site.

When you return to the "Log in" screen by selecting "back" from the top of your screen
this is what you will need to do.
(Perhaps it would help to print off this screen so that you have something to refer to.)

1. The first box asks for your User Name.
This is already assigned from your Account Number as a six figure number, and your Last Name.
So, if you were Joe Smith, Account number 27, your User Name would be "000027smith".
Stan O'Neill, Account number 11, User Name would be "000011oneill".
Judy Henson-Smith, Account number 259 would be "000259hensonsmith".
Note that there are no spaces between the number and name, and that there are
no spaces, hyphens or apostrophes in names.
Click onto the User Name box and enter your own Account Number and Name.

2. The second box asks for your Password.
On your first visit you will use "LHMTEMP123" as your password.
If you now click onto the "Log in" button, you will be forwarded to another screen.

3. This screen asks you: "Please enter a new password to use this site"
At this point you can choose a password that you will find easy to remember. It can be letters, numbers or a
combination of both, whatever would be easiest for you.
Please click onto the "Submit" button and you will enter your Property site and have access to all documents.

4. This is only going to happen on your first visit. From today onwards you will just enter your User Name,
as above, and the password that you choose today, then Log in.

5. Now that you have got into the site you will see a list of documents available to you.
If you click onto one that interests you, the document will open up for you.
Just close the application by selecting "back" from the top of your screen when you are finished and move onto another one!

6. We hope that you will visit the site often as we will be updating it frequently and
you will be able to check out what is changing in your neighborhood.

Now, select "back" from the top of the screen and enjoy your site!

Click on the one you think you need and when you arrive at the web site, just hit the "download" button before returning to this page.)
