Address book is self-populated and only shows information that residents put in when registering to use the website. The Address Book on the Bronze package is not integrated with our financial software like it is on the 'Gold' and 'Platinum' packages.

The administrator can choose specific fields of information to export from the address book. This information can be viewed on screen, printed or exported out for import into another program. This was created at the requests of clients who had to print directories for their residents. The web site then becomes the central storage location for resident information and residents can update their own records. When the time is right, the information is easily exported with very little burden on the administrator.

The Classifieds feature is designed for residents to sell items or services to one another and for the community to sell ads to outside vendors. These ads are like those found in the newspaper. Like the newspaper, web site ads are grouped into "categories" for easier browsing and run for specific periods of time. Your Community Can: Save Time - When residents call asking for a recommendation for a service or repair, they can be directed to the web site, saving the community manager and office time in answering those questions. Save Money - should really be Make Money! All ads sold by the community is revenue to the community. Think of all of those local vendors who'd love ongoing daily access to your residents! Save Energy - Less time and research will have to go into finding someone to repair a sidewalk or fix plumbing issues. Your community can simply recommend residents check out the web site. If you regularly accept deliveries on behalf of your residents then you need the Concierge Package Pickup feature. This handy addition to your website will allow you to log all incoming deliveries, notify residents when a package is waiting, and even log when it was picked up, and by whom. It also has an alternate view format for in-building TV display! If there is more than one email address listed in your profile, you may choose which person you would like to notify. If you would like to know which packages have arrived or have already been picked up in a particular date range, the Concierge Package Pickup feature can generate a report with this information. The Message Board is a great way for neighbors to help neighbors stay informed and current.
The Site Search feature allows residents to easily navigate the community website to locate specific topics or items based on key words or terms. Whether you're searching for all things "tennis" or a particular document like "Bylaws" the Site Search feature is a powerful tool.
Administrator access to various web site statistics: Active Feature Review checklist for your site - manage your features Show Page Views for past 30 days - total page views by day for last 30 days Show Most Frequented Pages - each feature page in order by number of views for last 30 days Show Login Statistics - total logins and last login date by owner Show Site Storage Statistics - track amount of content space available out of total 350,000 MB The administrator is given the view and print several reports showing site activity. The first report shows the number of hits to their web site for the previous thirty days. A second shows which pages are most popular on the web site and how many hits they are getting. The final report shows how many times residents have logged in to the private area and the date/time of their last login. Use the Survey feature as a fast and easy way to gather community perceptions and attitudes toward particular issues or find common interests amongst residents. Compose your own questions and utilize up to eight multiple choice answers. Chose to display the results graphically on the association website for residents to view.
Easy online project management tool for board and committees Create any type of task - architectural review, equipment purchase, select a vendor, etc. Committee members associated with a task can add pictures or documents, or vote on the task Anytime progress notes are added to a task, other members are immediately updated Task notes are printable so you can take them to meetings Allows your board and committees to keep track of their "to do" lists online. Assign tasks and post them with due dates so other Board members can login , view, make comments and recommendations in a secure online environment. When a committee member has made progress on a task, they can easily update it by adding a notes.
