Our TEAM Management Plan offers customers a Team of professionals who know each Association’s needs. When residents call, during office hours, they are sure to receive personalized care. After hours, our Board of Directors have access to the management team’s personal contact information, so that they can be reached in the case of an emergency. We provide 24/7 customer care service; when you call any one of our locations, you can be assured your call will be returned quickly. If you have a question or request, please submit your request here, and a representative will respond to you by the next business day. We also provide a Mulit-Connect Community Website Alert System:The AlertCast: this service allows residents to send messages from the Association Website via text message, voice call or email to everyone in your address book, and BulletinBlast is a service which allows you the opportunity to send a text message and voice call along with your emails to select groups in your address book.

EMERGENCY ALERT SERVICES

As community residents become more and more dependent upon their mobile devices for information, we incorporated a new feature to help people stay in touch. Lighthouse has partnered with AtHomeNet in order to provide residents with an emergency alert system. Whether you are a Board member, and need to alert all of your residents of a natural disaster that could affect your community or you merely need to remind fellow Board members of an upcoming meeting, Multi-Connect allows you to send quick messages to recipients via a simple email, text or phone call-from the convenience of your AtHome website. At Lighthouse, we are always staying on top of the latest technology, and passing those services on to our residents, giving you peace of mind when you are away from home.
