Lighthouse provides all employees (regularly scheduled for 30 or more hours per week) the opportunity to participate in the group health insurance plan for individual medical coverage. Supplemental insurance plans such as dental, vision, long term disability, life insurance, etc. are also offered. Coverage is also extended to eligible dependents.

Lighthouse offers a 401K retirement contribution program with a maximum matching contribution of four percent (4%). After on (1) year of service employees are eligible to participate in the 401K program.

Personal Time Off (PTO) provides the flexibility to use time off to meet any personal needs. Employees will accumulate a specified amount of PTO each pay period worked and is at the employee's discretion how to use it, i.e., vacation, illness, caring for children, school activities, medical/dental appointments, leave, personal business, or emergencies.

The training and development needs identified will be met through a variety of activities depending on the nature and extent of the requirements deemed necessary after an assessment. All internal training provided by Lighthouse will be of no cost to the employee. External courses and professional qualifications may be fully or partly funded by Lighthouse depending on the nature of the training.
