Lighthouse Property Management is a family owned business operated by Lloyd Keith and has been in private business since 1991. Mr. Keith has been in the Property Management business for over 26 years. His staff consist of over 40 employees in various positions, in house or onsite. LHM currently serves over 100 condominium and homeowner associations.

We work along with you and your Board of Directors to make your community a wonderful living environment. When our office is closed, a staffed answering service will forward your emergency phone message to the Lighthouse Property Manager on call, 24 hours a day.
